Repairs

All computers repairs are carried out by our full time Qualified staff. Quotes are given after an inspection of your PC has been carried out. If the repair is undertaken the diagnostic is free, else it will be charged at £20. We recognise your PC is vital to you, so we strive to return it to you within 3-working days. Urgent repairs can be carried out within 24-hours but charges apply.

Upgrades

All single item upgrades, i.e. Memory, Processor + add on cards are charged at £15 + price of item. All other items such as Motherboards + cases will be quoted before any work takes place.

Networking & Internet

We carry out network installations for Home Users and Small Businesses. Includes all cabling + server installations. We also install Internet + ADSL connections Hard Wired or Wireless On-Site at £40. We can supply hardware internet firewalls, which include URL filtering for safe internet surfing.

Computer Recycling

We have recently set-up an excess I.T recycling centre, to enable us to manage any equipment we cant refurbished, to be recycled and disposed of with as little impact on the enviroment. We are in the process of creating a pricing structure for taking in excess I.T equipment. This will be displayed on the site shortly.
